After years working both in-house IT roles and at larger MSPs, founder Mike Mangold saw a pattern. The big providers treated small clients like an afterthought. The small providers couldn't deliver the technical depth those same clients needed when something hard came up.
Mike started MCM to do both — combine the personal, accountable service of a local shop with the deep technical capability you'd expect from a much larger firm. That meant building a team that could not only manage your network, but actually write software when the situation called for it.
